Chorizo, Egg, And Potato. Easy To Make And Very Tasty!



5 -6 medium potatoes, peeled, chopped into cubes
8 ounces chorizo sausage 
6 eggs (scrambled in a bowl)

.Cook chopped potatoes in a frying pan.
.Saute chorizo in a sauce pan by it’s self, while the potatoes are finishing.
.Add cooked chorizo sauce into cooked potatoes.
.Mix the chorizo completely into your cooked potatoes.
.Pour your eggs into your mixed potatoes and chorizo and stir or you can fold and make an omelet.
.Cook until done and serve immediately, as scrambled eggs, a burrito or an omelet.
.If your crowd are really big eaters, add rice and refiried beans.

While you cook this smell, it will invite everybody to the kitchen.
