What is coaching?

Life coaching is a process of helping people unlock their inner strengths and progress in all parts of their life. Life coaches connect the purpose and value for their clients to understand their goals and the obstacles that come their way to reach them.

Life coaches are professionals who, in partnership with clients, aid them in reaching their potential across every area of their lives and help people to take a more structured and disciplined approach to personal betterment and development. They also believe that people have the potential and knowledge within themselves to make vital improvements, and the life coach is there to work as a facilitator rather than a counselor.

How many sessions do I need?

This is decided individually. Sometimes five sessions are enough, and sometimes you must practice for many months.

How often do I meet with the coach?

Coach and client decide this together. Most often, sessions take place once a week. However, sometimes it could be more often. This is also decided individually.

Are my sessions confidential?

Absolutely. Every session is confidential.
